Implementing a Fall-potential method of earth resistance measurement, its high dynamic measurement range of 0.01 K ohm to 20 K ohm. It offer direct reading digital display in ohms with accuracy of 2% and has high accuracy of measuring complete suppression of indication and leakage power frequency.
